Our aim is to deliver goods no later than 3-5 working days from date of order. However should an item be temporarily out of stock please allow up to 7 working days for delivery unless otherwise advised. Order acknowledgement will be advised by e-mail immediately upon receipt. Order status will be notified via e-mail to clients ordering from our website informing the client of despatch date and estimated date of delivery. Certain items displayed on the website are specifically made to order according to the clients specific requirements, in which case the client is contacted to advise of anticipated delivery times.

All orders of £50 nett goods or over will be delivered carriage free. Should the order be under this amount then the client will be advised of the carriage charge via their shopping basket checkout for their product(s) selection. International deliveries are available “price on application” for country of destination.

Upon receipt please check the number of cartons against the consignment note and sign for the goods "unexamined". If any damage is apparent please sign as "damaged". Shortages and/or damage must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days otherwise the goods will be non-returnable. If damage has been sustained please retain all packaging, as our carriers will refuse to uplift unpacked goods.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notification.

Quality Control

Easy Access UK Ltd. do not supply any unofficial imports. All our products are sourced brand new direct from the official UK distributors of leading manufacturers only.

All power products have their own unique identification numbers registered by the UK distributor and ourselves to enable a specific unit to be tracked right through the process to the individual customer to ensure full warranty and spares provision.

Warranty/Guarantee/After Sales Service

For some products available to purchase on this website we act as agents, as such these item(s) will be despatched to our customers directly from the main distributor. In these cases, all waranties, parts, spares and repairs will be supplied by the main distributor under their own warranty/guarantee/after sales policy. This information is available from the product pages.

All our products where we despatch direct and not via a distributor (as above) come with a full 12 month guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials backed by the manufacturers themselves. Incontinence products are the only category of goods which are not covered due to Hygiene Law.

A direct line is dedicated to after sales advice and service needs. The number can be found on your delivery documentation. The line is manned during normal office hours from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Sunday. Outside of these times you will be able to leave a recorded message.

Please note the warranty does not cover consumables such as tyres and bulbs or maintenance requirements caused by undue care or accidental damage such as flat batteries or punctures. A call out requested or diagnosed as a result of the above will attract a minimum call out fee of £50 and may be subject to additional parts and labour charges.

Delivery

Delivery on all orders over £50 is free within the UK mainland. On orders under £50, delivery is £3.95 to the UK mainland. For delivery outside the UK please telephone one of our advisors on 0797 787 7455 for a quotation.

Delivery could be well within our general quotation of 14 days from confirmed order. Any specific requests should be made at the time of ordering and we will always endeavour to comply if possible.

When your order is ready for dispatch we will contact you to confirm delivery details with you.

VAT Exemption

Our displayed prices do not include VAT, this is because many customers are VAT exempt.

To claim VAT Relief on your purchases you just need to complete a VAT Exemption Declaration Form - simply request one from us.  Just state the product is for your "domestic and personal use."

The form has to be completed, signed and returned with your payment.

No proof of your disability is required to be shown at any time, other than your personal declaration on the form provided.

Cancellations & Returns Policy

Providing goods have not been despatched, we would normally refund a deposit in the case of a cancellation of a regular advertised item. Special orders of non-advertised items must be paid for in full and will not be subject to cancellation.

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in unused and pristine condition within 10 days and receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the product. In the case of items supplied direct to you from our distributors you should contact the distributor direct.
